This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) applies to mobile games developed or published by CODVIA TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“CODVIA”).
1. License
Subject to this EULA, CODVIA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and subject to applicable platform usage rules.
2. Restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit the Game; circumvent security or technical protections; or reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. CODVIA and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Game and its intellectual property.
4. Updates
CODVIA may provide updates, patches or changes. Some updates may be necessary for continued use.
5. Third-Party Services
The Game may interact with app stores or third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions, where offered, are processed through the applicable app store and subject to its payment, cancellation and refund rules, as well as applicable law.
7. Termination
This license ends if you materially violate this EULA, subject to applicable law. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.
8. Warranty & Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in this EULA limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
