These Terms govern your use of mobile games developed or published by CODVIA TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“CODVIA”). By downloading or using a Game, you agree to these Terms and applicable platform terms.
1. Use of the Games
CODVIA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not exploit, interfere with, misuse or attempt unauthorized access to a Game or its systems; use unauthorized cheats, automation or modifications; or use a Game in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases
A Game may offer virtual currency, items, boosters, subscriptions or other digital content. Transactions are processed by the applicable app store and are also subject to that platform’s terms. Virtual items have no cash value unless required by law and are licensed, not sold.
4. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through an app store are generally handled under the rules and procedures of the applicable platform and applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Games, including software, artwork, graphics, characters, audio, designs and other content, are owned by or licensed to CODVIA and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
6. Updates & Availability
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features of a Game. We do not guarantee that every Game or feature will remain available at all times.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Games are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CODVIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Games. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for violations of these Terms, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of users and the Services.
